Key Implementation Standards

  • Standardized services We maintain a quality assurance system in compliance with international standards and provide services based upon it to help customers enhance their competitiveness.
  • Improved QA(Quality Assurance) process We will continue to improve our quality assurance process through regular assessment and certification of services and we will not hesitate to seek feedback and suggestions from customers. We will also take measures to ensure the continuity of our work.
  • Higher customer satisfaction We will deploy an SLA based management system to ensure an increasingly higher level of customer services and work to improve our service quality through a customer survey on our offerings and objective assessment of the data collected.
  • Internalization of service QA(Quality Assurance) through training We will set up Quality Academy, a regular service training scheme for our members, to ensure that services can be fully internalized to keep up the level of our customer services.
